We've updated the Performance tab on your Hub Dashboard. It now shows three key performance indicators.
You can see that each indicator shows you whether you're performing above average (green), close to top-performing (yellow), or below average (red).
Weighted completion rate
Weighted ratio of 50 most recently completed over archived and cancelled orders (corrected per decline reason).
Average rating of your services given by the 50 most recent customers.
Average time to accept or respond to an order. Enquiries are not included.
